Tune-Ready Confirmation

A calibration appointment is reserved for calibration and development — not unfinished installation work or general mechanical repair.

Appointment & Pricing Policies

Clear expectations before we reserve time on the calendar.

Standard / Non-Partner

  • 50% deposit normally required before a local appointment is reserved.
  • Deposit applies toward the final calibration invoice.
  • 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule without forfeiture.
  • If the vehicle is not tune-ready, the deposit becomes the reserved-appointment minimum.
  • Your deposit isn't simply lost if the vehicle isn't tune-ready — it can be applied toward diagnostic/development time spent identifying the problem. If that work exceeds the deposit amount, only the additional diagnostic/development time is billed.

Preferred Partners

  • Local appointment deposits are waived.
  • Local tune-ready reserved-appointment minimums are waived.
  • Actual diagnostic/development time remains billable.
  • The 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy still applies.
  • Repeated scheduling problems may result in loss of deposit-waiver privileges.

Travel Work

Travel appointments are reviewed individually and may require a reservation deposit and minimum professional-labor commitment regardless of Preferred Partner status.

The waiver is maintained separately so you can read, sign, download, or print it without printing the technical spec sheet.
